3. DOWNLOAD USB DRIVER FOR YOUR MOBILE PHONE.
I also recommend you to use search engines like google or yahoo and search your phone brand type, or you can go direct to phones manufacture website where they always offer drivers downloads,

4. FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE SOFTWARE YOU WANT TO USE TO FLASH YOUR PHONE, THEN YOU DONE.
